Effective Date: 10-1-2026
These Terms & Conditions describe the use of the LumenRidge Lighting Company website and general information about requesting our services.
Service provider: [Insert legal business/entity name operating as LumenRidge Lighting Company and mailing address.]
Project-specific pricing, scope, payment obligations, and service commitments are established in your written proposal or service agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
1. Our Services
LumenRidge Lighting Company provides permanent lighting, landscape lighting, and professional Christmas light installation for residential and commercial properties throughout Central Virginia.
Service availability depends on the property location, project requirements, scheduling, and material availability.
2. Website Use
You may use this website to learn about our services, contact our team, and request an estimate.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious content, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Information you submit should be accurate and relevant to your inquiry.
3. Estimates and Project Approval
Submitting a contact form or estimate request does not confirm a booking, establish a final price, or authorize installation.
Estimates may be based on property details, photographs, measurements, design preferences, or an on-site review. Changes to the requested scope or newly identified property conditions may require an updated proposal.
Project scope, pricing, and approval requirements will be documented before work proceeds.
4. Pricing and Payment
Your written proposal or service agreement will specify applicable pricing, deposits, payment schedules, and other charges.
Any proposed change affecting price or scope will be communicated for approval before additional work proceeds.
5. Scheduling and Property Access
Installation scheduling depends on project readiness, materials, weather, and safe working conditions. We will communicate with you if the schedule needs to change.
Customers are responsible for arranging authorized property access and informing us of known hazards, access restrictions, or approval requirements relevant to the installation.
Responsibilities for permits, association approvals, and other permissions will be addressed in the project agreement.
6. Permanent Lighting
Permanent lighting features vary by the selected system and approved design. Available features may include customizable colors, app controls, scenes, schedules, and automation.
Any required internet connection, compatible device, third-party account, or subscription should be identified in the proposal or product documentation.
We provide customer setup assistance and ongoing product and installation support. Manufacturer warranty assistance is available where applicable; coverage and exclusions depend on the selected product and written warranty.
7. Christmas Lighting
Our Christmas lighting program includes custom design, professional installation, a timer, in-season maintenance and support, post-season takedown, and off-season storage, as detailed in the customer’s proposal.
Displays are customized to the property. Lighting is labeled for the customer and stored for future seasonal use.
Returning-client discounts are available subject to the applicable offer. Reinstallation dates, design changes, pricing, and continued storage arrangements should be confirmed for each season.
Ownership of lighting and materials, storage terms, and any obligations if a customer does not return will be specified in the service agreement.
8. Landscape Lighting
Landscape lighting designs are developed around the property’s architecture, landscaping, pathways, entrances, and outdoor spaces.
The approved proposal will identify the installation scope and selected equipment. Appearance may vary with vegetation, surrounding light, viewing angles, and property conditions.
Lighting can improve visibility but does not guarantee the prevention of accidents, crime, or other incidents.
9. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel a project.
Applicable cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms must be stated in your written proposal or service agreement before approval. These website terms do not establish an additional cancellation fee or nonrefundable deposit.
10. Support and Warranties
Contact us if you experience an issue with your installation. We will review the concern and explain the support or warranty options applicable to your project.
Manufacturer warranties and any installation warranty are governed by their written terms. Nothing on this website extends a warranty beyond those terms or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
