Booking & Availability

Christmas lighting installations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no fixed booking deadline. Early booking is encouraged, as available installation dates depend on seasonal demand.

2026 Installation Schedule

Installations for the 2026 holiday season are scheduled to begin on November 1, 2026. Actual scheduling depends on availability and seasonal demand. Start dates may vary in future years.

January 2027 Takedown

Post-holiday Christmas lighting removal begins during the first week of January 2027. Our team will notify customers of their scheduled takedown and confirm availability before proceeding.

In-Season Maintenance & Support

If a bulb needs replacing, a clip becomes loose due to weather, or another lighting issue occurs, contact our team directly for assistance. Our goal is to send a technician within 24 hours or by the next business day, subject to availability.

Designs & Estimate
We obtain basic information and draft a few different designs, and schedule an estimate (in-person or virtual).

Approval & Professional Installation
Once a design is approved, we supply and professionally install the commercial-grade lighting and necessary materials. Each display is customized to the property.

In-Season Maintenance
During the season, we provide maintenance if an issue occurs with the display.

Professional Takedown & Storage
After the holiday season, our team returns to professionally remove the display. The lighting is labeled for each individual customer and stored during the off-season.

Returning the Following Year
When a customer returns the following year, their lighting is already organized and ready to be reinstalled in the same configuration or modified if they would like to make changes. Returning customer discounts are available.
